UPPER COLLEGE HEIGHTS "NEAR CAMPUS" STUDENT HOUSING offers shared student accommodation in our quad residences.  Each unit opens onto a shared kitchen/living area with 4 bedrooms off the common area.  The "common" is shared by four roomies of the same sex (units are not coed).  Each resident has their own private, spacious and comfortable, furnished bedroom.

QUAD COMMON AREAS:

• full size kitchen: fridge (with freezer!), stove and microwave
• double sinks
• ample cupboard and counter space
• eating counter with bar stools
• bench seat (with storage)
• hall closet
• 1 1/2 bathrooms = no waiting! (*handicapped suites = 1 bathroom)

• large (10' x 12'), spacious bedroom furnished with single bed, night table, dresser, desk and chair
• big, bright window (with blinds)
• fluorescent lighting
• overhead storage in each room
• clothes closet
• free satellite access (check out the awesome movie and music channels!)
• carpeted bedrooms
• telephone jack

There are several units available for physically challenged students.
