FEE SCHEDULE
- Security Deposit: $225.00 due with completed signed application - be sure to include email address, copy of picture ID, and student number.
- One Week after receiving your acceptance (via email or letter), we must receive your post-dated cheques or money orders for the following dates:

| Balcony Rooms |
- We only have 55 rooms with balconies
- Balcony rooms are $150.00 more per semester
- Students may request a balcony room at time of application (add to REQUEST LINE on application form)
- UCH cannot guarantee all balcony room requests.
*NOTE TO ALL APPLICANTS: UCH reserves the right to assign balcony rooms to any applicant. Balcony rates will apply in this situation.

Balcony rooms need to be requested at time of application. All balcony fees are payable upon arrival.
Must leave postdated cheques with required dates. Loan deferrals require proof of loan on or before date of cheques. Loan deferrals will pay an extra $150.00 for this service.
