Security Deposit: $150.00 Fall/Winter Semester: $3400.00 Winter Semester Only: $1700.00 Summer Semester: $950.00 FEE SCHEDULE: One week after receiving your acceptance (via phone, email, or letter), we must receive your post-dated cheques or money orders for the following dates: Fall and Winter Semester (Sep 1 April 20*): $3400 Cheque # 1, dated for: July 1: $700 Cheque # 2, dated for: August 1: $1000** Cheque # 3, dated for: September 1: $700 Cheque #4, dated for: December 1: $1000** Winter Semester Only (Jan 2 April 20*): $1700 Cheque # 1, dated for: September 1: $700 Cheque #2, dated for: December 1: $1000** Summer Semester: May 1- Aug 15: For the summer only, there are two options: you can pay by the month at $350 per month or prepay the whole semester by April 15 for $950 for the whole semester. Balcony Fees: Balcony rooms need to be requested at time of application. All balcony fees are payable upon arrival. Please note: We DO NOT ACCEPT credit cards. *Approximate date for the end of the semester. **Students who prefer to make one payment may pay all housing fees for the FIRST payment date. **For students receiving Canadian student loans, contact the office regarding deferrals on these payments.
