Residential FAQ

What should I bring?

• As well as your personal belongings and toiletries, you will need to bring your own bedding and linen.  You will also need your own cooking and eating utensils.

Am I allowed to bring pets?

• No. Please do not invite friends' pets in, or volunteer to pet-sit in your dorm or apartment.

May I have overnight guests in my room?

• No.  Overnight guests are not allowed in the residences.  Contact the office for a list of nearby hotels and hostels.

What is my address?

• You will receive your room number upon arrival at UCH.  (Sorry, room numbers cannot be given out prior to arrival).Your address will be:    [Your room number & letter]    704 McGill Road    Kamloops, BC  V2C 6N7    CANADA

How do I cancel?

• Submit cancellation letter in writing (and signed) to UCH office. Payment refunds (less a $150 charge) will be prorated and returned upon re-renting of your room.
