Can I transfer my residence fees to the apartments?

• No, Sorry. The residences and apartments are two separate entities.

 Can I reserve an apartment for Sept?

• Unlike the residences, apartments are rented on a monthly basis. You can apply and request to have your name put on a wait list for whatever month you wish to start renting for. Bear in mind that the apartments are generally full by September, so most students start renting in June, July or August to secure an apartment for the fall.

Am I allowed to have pets in the apartment?

• No pets. Please do not invite friends' pets in, or volunteer to pet-sit in your apartment.

 Are there any furnished apartments?

• No, all apartments are unfurnished.
