Apartments
Our 2- and 3-bedroom unfurnished apartments, located in the same complex as the student quads, vary in price and size and rent by the month, year round. All of the apartments include a fridge, stove, and dishwasher. Telephone, Internet and cable T.V. are the responsibility of the tenants.
2 bedroom blue: approximately 742 sq ft + 50 sq ft balcony
2 bedroom pink: approximately 900 sq ft. + 100 sq ft balcony

Basic Apartments
Basic Apartments: include all utilities except phone. Most second floor apartments have a balcony, and 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor apartments have air conditioning.

Deluxe Apartments
The deluxe apartments are all 2 bedrooms units, and are larger with a more open and spacious layout. These units also have a dining room, bathroom and powder room, central air conditioning, intercom and a patio or balcony. The top floor units have skylights. Include all utilities except hydro and phone.
