Upper College Heights provides two types of housing:

• A traditional residential experience with a private, furnished, large bedroom and a common area shared by four residents.   The residence rooms are rented by the semester and include everything but telephone.
   
• Two and three bedroom unfurnished apartments.  The apartments are rented by the month.
